BOTOX® Cosmetic & Dysport®
Every time you smile, frown, squint, or raise your eyebrows, you contract your facial muscles. Over time, these muscle contractions form lines and creases that result in wrinkles, which can contribute to an aged appearance. BOTOX and Dysport are injectable neurotoxins that can correct these types of dynamic wrinkles. They work by relaxing the muscles that cause them.

The wrinkle-correction properties of BOTOX and Dysport are often used to address:
- Crow’s feet
- Horizontal forehead wrinkles
- Frown lines
Both treatments last from 3 to 6 months; follow-up treatments are necessary to maintain your results. Many patients combine BOTOX and Dysport with laser skin rejuvenation treatments for more comprehensive aesthetic results.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are also injectable products; however, they work a bit differently than BOTOX and Dysport. Dermal fillers are typically made from hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxyapatite. With age comes a natural decrease in the body’s collagen production. Reduced collagen can cause eyes to appear sunken, cheeks to look hollow, and wrinkles to deepen. Dermal fillers can be applied to these areas to restore volume.
We offer 3 types of fillers:
- JUVÉDERM® (HA filler) is often used to treat deep facial folds, and results can last up to 1 year.
- RADIESSE® (CH filler) stimulates collagen production, and results usually last for about 6 months.
- Restylane® (HA Filler) can be used to give the cheeks more volume and smooth out facial wrinkles, with results lasting up to 9 months.
In many cases, patients decide to combine fillers and neurotoxins for an overall more youthful and refreshed look.
Chemical Peels
Ongoing exposure to the sun, lifestyle, and genetics can weather our skin and create rough patches, hyperpigmentation, and wrinkles. One way to reverse these changes is with a chemical peel.
