This 42-year-old woman came to see our doctor at his Austin, Texas area plastic surgery practice to discuss a mommy makeover. She was disappointed with the changes in her body after pregnancy and wanted to discuss breast augmentation and a tummy tuck to rejuvenate her body and make it better than her pre-baby shape.

During the initial consultation our doctor talked about implant types, positions, and incisions. She tried on several implant types and ultimately chose a 375cc silicone implant to be placed via a periareolar (under the nipple) incision. She also wanted her tummy muscles tightened and extra skin removed.
