This 28-year-old patient came to see our doctors with interest in breast augmentation. She wished to enhance the size and shape of her breasts. She also had several stretch marks on her breasts that she was concerned about. She desired saline filled implants so our doctors recommended breast augmentation with saline implants placed through the areolas and under the chest muscles for the most natural result.

After surgery, the patient healed well and was pleased with the natural shape and improved fullness of her breasts. While stretch marks cannot be removed, restoring volume to her breasts with implants helped to them to appear less noticeable.
