Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 10

This 35-year-old female was referred to our doctors by one of his many happy breast enhancement patients. Like many patients who come to our doctors from Killeen, Texas and other towns surrounding Austin, Texas she wished to have fuller, natural appearing breasts, and she also wanted to correct the drooping of her nipples without a lot of scarring.

On examination, our doctrs felt that this patient would be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation, but he would need to take extra care to make her breasts even and elevate her nipples using a “dual-plane” approach to breast enhancement.

In surgery, our doctors performed a silicone breast augmentation through the areolas placing the implants so that they were positioned with some of the implant both under and above the chest muscles for the most natural result. This “dual-plane” approach allowed him to rotate her nipples upward using implants alone without additional scars. He also adjusted the internal breast pockets on both sides to improve overall shape and symmetry.

After surgery, the patient recovered nicely, and was extremely happy with her natural shape, fuller size, and improved symmetry.
