Revision Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 198

This 56 year-old patient came to see our doctor at the Austin, Texas area plastic surgery clinic to talk about breast enhancement surgery to revise her aging implants.

the doctor spent time talking with her about the technical aspects of breast augmentation revisionary surgery and they discussed strategies to improve her shape and fullness. She also had left breast capsular contracture which was causing significant asymmetry of her implants as well as leaving her with a hard and uncomfortable left breast.

During the procedure scaring was removed that was causing her breast to feel hard and removed and replaced her old implants. The new implants where positioned under the muscle to help decrease the risk of scar recurrence and to give her a more natural look.

Her recovery took about a week, and these photos show her results about two months out from surgery with a dramatic improvement in her breast fullness, symmetry, and feel.
