This 45- year-old female wanted to rejuvenate her upper and lower eyelids in order to give her more refreshed and youthful appearance. She was also interested in full facial rejuvenation. Like many patients in the Austin, Texas and Georgetown, Texas areas, she wanted to remove the baggy skin from her upper and lower eyelids that gave her a tired and aged appearance.

During her consultation, it was pointed out that blepharoplasty is a common procedure that he performs to improve the appearance of both the upper and lower eyelids and was explained that with time the incisions become barely visible because they are hidden in the eyelid crease. In surgery,the extra skin was easily removed and small sutures were placed that absorbed on their own.

When she returned in follow-up, she was delighted with her complete facial rejuvenation. After a few weeks the swelling was gone and makeup easily camouflaged the small incision sites. This simple operation transformed her eyes, and gave her a new outlook on life.
