Synergy MedSpa offers a variety of dermal fillers such as Restylane® and JUVÉDERM® in Austin, Texas, to help women and men “hide the evidence” of aging without surgery or downtime. We also use lip filler injections to add and restore fullness and definition to the lips.

Injectable fillers can fend off signs of aging or reduce those that have already appeared. These versatile products can be used to create attractive contours for facial features. The many benefits include:
For some patients in and around Austin, a facelift or eyelid surgery might be necessary to correct advanced sagging or wrinkling. During your consultation, we will work with you to develop the treatment plan that best fits your aesthetic goals and available recovery time.

Request a ConsultationDermal fillers are safe, made without animal products, and do not require allergy skin tests, which are needed with collagen fillers. We offer many popular options that contain hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance that gives the skin volume and moisture but declines with age and sun exposure. Other fillers stimulate collagen for results that develop gradually.
Don’t let the upfront cost put your dreams on pause! Many Synergy patients achieve their ideal look with the help of patient financing. Discover flexible repayment plans that fit your budget by visiting our Financing page.
Learn MoreThe price of dermal filler treatments starts at $550 and varies based on the product used, treatment areas, and the amount of filler needed to create the desired results. You will be provided with a specific cost estimate during your initial consultation. For more information, visit our Pricing page.
You can save on future JUVÉDERM fillers treatments—or a range of other in-office treatments and products—when you create an account with Allē. Saving is simple—schedule a treatment, earn points, explore offers, and enjoy your savings. For example, you’ll earn 200 points per syringe of JUVÉDERM filler. Every 100 points can be redeemed for $10 savings on a future treatment or purchase of an Allē brand product. Allē treatments include BOTOX injections, CoolSculpting Elite®, and CoolTone®.
During your consultation, your doctor or professional injector will help determine the treatment plan that is best suited to your unique facial structure, the condition of your skin, and your improvement goals. Many women and men get a more complete renewal with a combination of fillers and BOTOX® Cosmetic, called a liquid facelift, and can enjoy savings on these and other med spa services as members of our Skin Club.
Enjoy a slimmer figure without surgery, anesthesia, or recovery time. Freeze unwanted fat on your abdomen, thighs, chin, and more with nonsurgical CoolSculpting.
Learn MoreThese treatments are both quick and simple. A tiny amount of the filler is injected underneath the targeted areas with a fine needle. Although most patients can barely feel the injections, we offer local or topical anesthesia for your comfort if desired. You can resume your normal everyday activities right after treatment. With JUVÉDERM, Restylane, and Radiesse fillers, your improvements are instant, so you can leave your wrinkles behind when you step out of our office.
Wherever you are in Austin, Synergy Plastic Surgery isn't far away. With multiple strategically placed locations, exceptional aesthetic services have never been more accessible.

BOTOX and fillers target different types of wrinkles and fine lines, so one is not better than the other. Fillers restore volume in areas where “static” wrinkles develop due to the loss of collagen, fat, and bone density as we age. BOTOX, on the other hand, targets “dynamic” wrinkles—sometimes called expression lines—such as crow’s feet, worry lines, and forehead wrinkles. BOTOX injections temporarily relax the muscles used to create expressions, resulting in smoother skin.
Fillers have an excellent track record for safety when injections are performed by a qualified provider. Severe complications are highly uncommon when you choose a qualified, experienced injector. Because the ingredients used in fillers are bio-compatible, the risk of allergic reactions is extremely small. There is a risk of vascular occlusion, which occurs when a filler is inadvertently injected into or near an artery and blocks the flow of blood. This is most likely when injecting fillers in the nose.
How long your results last depends on the type of filler used and the treatment area. Most fillers last between 9 and 18 months. Some fillers, such as Sculptra Aesthetic, can produce results that last as much as 2 years or more.
Virtually all fillers available today are pre-mixed with lidocaine, a local anesthetic that greatly reduces discomfort during the injections. If you’re getting filler injections in sensitive areas, or if you have a low tolerance for pain, our providers can apply a topical anesthetic prior to the injections.
Most of our patients choose to get fillers once they notice early signs of aging. This typically occurs in your 30s and early 40s. Facial contouring using fillers is increasingly popular among younger patients, such as those in their 20s.
