This 48-year-old female came to our cosmetic practice in search of a way to remove unwanted fat from her back, stomach, love handles, and thighs and to improve the shape and contour of her buttock area. On the day of her surgery, she went completely asleep under the watchful eye of a trained anesthesiologist. Our doctor removed all of the fatty deposits from her stomach, back, and love handles in about 1 hour he also performed breast augmentation surgery and then the fat collected from her liposuction areas was used via injections for her buttock augmentation surgery. When she awoke she had little pain from the surgery because of the local anesthesia our doctor uses during liposuction.
