This 28-year-old female came to see our doctor wanting to improve the shape of her breasts with a breast lift (mastopexy). She had lost a significant amount of weight and had three children which left her with drooping nipples and a loss of overall breast volume. In surgery, our doctor radically transformed her breasts by tightening the skin and lifting the nipples upward to a more youthful and aesthetic position. He made small incisions that reduced her areolas to a more attractive size. Several sutures where placed inside the breast to move the actual breast tissue upward as well.
During her follow-up period she was very happy with her results. Her breast shape was excellent, and the new nipple position was much more youthful as compared to her pre-operative photos. She is already planning additional surgeries in the future to improve other areas of her body
