This 48-year-old female came to see our doctors at the Austin area plastic surgery practice to discuss a breast procedure. She had aging saline implants and wanted them exchanged.

Our doctor met with her and her husband on more than one occasion. He discussed in detail her surgical options and how he would perform her breast revision surgery. He suggested a vertical mastopexy and exchange to a silicone implant for a softer feel.

Her surgery went very well and these photos show her after about 10 weeks. Her scars have responded well to the scar recovery gel that she started early in her recovery.
